G. A. Lloyd was one of the three-decade cab drivers in Calgary, but she moved to Diamond Valley in 1990. She has resorted to writing to cope with her grief and reminisce about the good times she had with her husband after her husband lost his life in 2019. She wishes to offer her support and empathy to those who have to experience their own dementia journey and are in stages that she has undergone, and share her experiences based on the experiences she gained in her own life.
